Scope of Work

• Responsible for the installation, testing, and modification of antenna systems and RRUs for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to ISO standards and Etisalat procedures

• Ensure timely completion of all planned site activities

• Prepare and submit ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure), ISO, and RFA (Ready for Activation) documents

• Work toward improving site KPIs

• Coordinate with rigging staff and maintain safe work practices

• Ensure proper site access documentation is in place

Experience Required

• Hands-on experience with Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia telecom equipment

• Install, configure, integrate, and commission telecom systems

• Prepare and implement scripts, perform mix-mode activations, link migrations, and clear alarms
