Role Overview
As a Passenger Attendant, you’ll be responsible for supporting and guiding travelers across various airport zones. Whether it’s the Departure Welcome Area, Immigration Smart Gates, Arrival Halls, or Baggage Claim, your role is to ensure that every passenger receives prompt, professional, and courteous assistance.

Key Responsibilities
General Tasks

Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and behavior while in uniform.

Ensure all tasks follow Standard Operating Procedures, airport security protocols, and international aviation guidelines.
Passenger Assistance

Welcome and assist departing and arriving passengers courteously.

Help those requiring special support, such as elderly or physically challenged travelers.

Resolve general passenger inquiries and escalate specific concerns when necessary.
Floor Walking

Offer on-the-spot support in public areas of the airport.

Arrange porterage services as needed to support travelers.
Immigration Guidance

Direct travelers to appropriate counters or Smart Gates.

Provide support with basic visa or documentation questions.
Baggage Hall Assistance

Help passengers locate their baggage areas and answer related questions.

Maintain efficient passenger flow and provide real-time support during busy hours.
Additional duties may be assigned in line with operational needs.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Background
