A Vital Role in Etihad’s Cargo Operations
As part of Etihad’s 24/7 Cargo Operations Center, the Cargo Controller is responsible for live monitoring and coordination of high-priority shipments. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

A high school diploma (minimum); a diploma in logistics or operations management is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in cargo operations or related customer service.

Strong knowledge of cargo handling standards and global airfreight practices.

Certifications in Dangerous Goods (DG), AVI, Security, or Customer Service are highly valued.
