Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Management

Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor turnover across duty-free locations and airlines.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies.

Identify and phase out underperforming products while introducing newer ones.

Monitor product performance through sales data from clients and share insights with the team.
B. Business Development & Client Relationship

Pursue new business leads and opportunities within the travel retail industry.

Travel across assigned regions to expand brand presence and partnerships.

Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure satisfaction.

Maintain timely order dispatch and raise concerns to the management when needed.
C. Brand Management

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure high-impact visual campaigns.

Execute brand strategies at duty-free outlets and onboard airlines to increase visibility.

Assess market trends to identify opportunities for new product launches.
D. Team Management

Supervise and support Beauty Advisors in assigned regions.

Design and implement incentive plans to boost performance.

Ensure timely collection of payments and settlement of invoices.

Assist in forecasting, product development, and other strategic tasks.
