Job Responsibilities
As a Cargo Customer Services Supervisor, you will manage and oversee the customer service operations related to cargo handling. Your duties will include:

Creating staff schedules and ensuring optimal team coverage

Sharing regular updates with staff on system changes, tariffs, and restrictions

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Completed High School (12 years of education)

4 to 6 years of experience in air cargo operations

Strong understanding of IATA rules, cargo tariffs, and international cargo regulations

Excellent data analysis and computer literacy skills

Proficiency in English with strong communication and writing skills

Knowledge of negotiation techniques and safety protocols
