About the Role
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role is centered around maximizing customer satisfaction through efficient order management, documentation handling, and strong communication with internal departments and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales group, resolving customer issues, and ensuring seamless coordination between various operational teams.
In this position, you will interact regularly with customers, plant and logistics personnel, regional hubs, transportation agencies, and even international locations. The goal is to ensure smooth operations from order confirmation to final delivery, contributing to ADNOC’s broader enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes a broad spectrum of operational and customer-facing tasks:
Operations

Manage customer inquiries including product details, proforma invoices, and sample requests.

Oversee the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Prepare complete sets of shipping and export documents.

Serve as the first line of contact in case of customer complaints or emergencies.

Handle returns, corrections, and manage credit/debit note processes.

Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain, finance, and credit control.

Continuously seek improvements in operational efficiency and customer service delivery.
Customer Interaction

Identify and respond to customer needs, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication.
Interfaces & Compliance

Act as the communication bridge between customers and relevant departments.

Prepare reports and provide data to supervisors when required.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC’s internal policies and regulatory standards.

Support risk management and contribute to overall business safety and soundness.
Candidate Profile – What ADNOC Is Looking For
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications and competencies:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a similar commercial field.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Basic communication skills in Vietnamese are preferred for interaction with regional clients.

Familiarity with air and sea freight, export documentation, and international shipping regulations is an added advantage.

Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and documentation preparation.

Detail-oriented, strong in planning, and able to resolve problems efficiently.

A team player with a pleasant personality and strong customer orientation.
