Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships

• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors

• Issue and track purchase orders

• Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods

• Maintain supplier database and purchase records

Requirements:

• Proven purchasing experience, ideally from the HORECA sector

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
