Job Requirements for Dubai-based Positions:
• Candidates must be based in Dubai – Only applicants currently residing in Dubai will be considered.
• At least 2 years of Gulf experience required – Candidates should have relevant work experience in the Gulf region.
• Preference for those on visit or cancelled visas – Individuals who are on a visit visa or have recently cancelled visas will be given priority.
• Immediate availability needed – Applicants must be ready to join the team right away.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Lifeguard Supervisor License: A valid and recognized Lifeguard Supervisor License is essential for this role. This ensures that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to supervise and train lifeguards effectively.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with your team, clients, and management effectively.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE as a lifeguard or lifeguard supervisor is required. This experience should include hands-on training and operational management.
- UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required as the role may involve travel between different facilities managed by AFFM.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are necessary for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Team Management & Training Skills: Experience in managing a team and conducting training sessions is essential for this position.
