1) IT Admin (Female)
-Should have experience working in IT Company.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
-Will work closely with the Group Head of IT Projects
-Location: Abu Dhabi
2) Legal Support Executive
-Hold a diploma certificate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
-Must have 2-4 years’ experience within a law firm or company as a legal secretary / assistant.
-Must speak/write both English and Arabic fluently.
-Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
-Proficiency in word processing software including MS Office.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Self-starter with ability to use own initiative.
-Will work closely with the Group Legal Manager
-Location: Abu Dhabi
3) Marketing Executive
-Should have experience working in the Marketing Industry
-Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
-A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
-In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
-Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
-Analytical data driven problem solver
-Will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing

4) Senior Marketing Executive
-Marketing / business studies degree
-Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE
-Manage communication budget (across media) Media buying agencies
-Evaluate and communicate competitor presence & activities on offline & online medium on quarterly basis
5) Cost Controller – (Male or Female)
-Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis.
-Conducting feasibility studies (technical and commercial aspects), assessing capital cost involved and evaluating the viability of new project evaluation techniques.
-Effectively lead and develop the Estimating team to achieve Company and individual objectives.
-Location: Abu Dhabi
6) Sales Administrator
-Receiving and processing purchase orders.
-Issuing sales transaction invoices.
-Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
-Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
-Compiling monthly sales reports.
-Expediting orders through internal liaison.
